Terms of Use

Welcome to the digital experience of Marina Fiamingo's Atelier. By browsing this website, acquire original works or join porcelain technique training courses, You are accepting this ethical framework for interaction. Just as Marina carefully controls the viscosity of the open oil or the grinding of the pigment before each stroke, These Terms of Use ensure that every step we take together is seamless., fair and respectful.

1. Authenticity as a Technical Standard

On Marina Fiamingo's website, Authenticity is non-negotiable. All the works offered in this online store are original creations by Marina Fiamingo., Designed and hand-painted with the mastery and soul that only the human hand can provide. When acquiring a piece of porcelain, You're not just buying an object, but you are taking away a fragment of Marina's artistic vision. We do not sell copies or mass-produced reproductions; each work is a “living work”, with its own character.

2. Respect for the Author's Work

All the information, the visual content (including photographs of the pieces, that capture the tactile three-dimensionality of oil paint in a mole), The study materials for the third firing technique courses and the design of the website itself are the intellectual property of Marina Fiamingo. This content is protected by copyright laws. We ask that you respect this effort: don't copy, reproduce or distribute our content for commercial purposes without our express consent.

3. The Times and Patience of the Oven

Designer porcelain is an art that defies immediacy. As we know well at the Atelier, Rushing the cooling of the oven can mean the loss of a piece. When placing an order, We ask for the same patience that we dedicate to each successive firing of a piece of porcelain. Creation and shipping times are detailed for each piece., and we strive to comply with them rigorously. Please note that, due to the nature of freehand painting and the molecular vitrification process, The pieces may have subtle and authentic variations; these are not defects., but marks of its unique character.

Are the artworks I buy exactly the same as those in the photos?

Each piece by Marina Fiamingo is a unique, hand-painted work of art, subjected to the alchemy of multiple firings in the kiln. Because these are not mass-produced or mechanically reproduced, it is entirely natural (and beautiful) that microscopic variations exist in the brushstrokes, the intensity of a color, or the gold filigree. The piece you receive will have its own soul and character, remaining true to the original design.

All visual, photographic, and educational content on this website is protected by copyright. If you purchased a course, the material is for your exclusive, personal, and non-transferable use. If you'd like to share photos of Marina's work on your social media platforms, we'd love that! We simply ask that you credit and tag Atelier Marina Fiamingo, respecting the artist's work.

The art of porcelain teaches us patience. Pieces in stock are dispatched within a few business days, while custom orders require careful attention to the kiln firing times and successive firings detailed on the product page. We pack each vitrified jewel with an exceptionally protective system to ensure its safety during transit. However, if the piece is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the packaging, and we will resolve the issue by sending you a replacement or processing a refund.

Thanks to the technical process of the third firing, the mineral pigments and oxides fuse at over 780°C, molecularly integrating into the porcelain glaze. This ensures that the designs will not fade or disappear over time. Liquid gold (18 or 24 karat) applied with a nib is also vitrified. To preserve its enduring brilliance for generations, we recommend handwashing the pieces with a soft sponge and completely avoiding the use of microwaves (as gold is a real metal) and abrasive dishwashers.
